Refund policy

*Please note: Items are fulfilled and shipped as they are completed. Sometimes items in an order may arrive together or individually/separate from any purchase grouping in order to provide the fastest product fulfillment.*

Returns for Custom Art-
Due to the sensitive nature of our custom art prints, no returns will be accepted for custom art prints. Each art print is a limited edition from subject matter to size. We only replace defective or damaged art prints. Any defects or damage must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery. If for some reason this happens kindly let us know by providing a photograph(s) of the areas in question/concern. This helps us to avoid similar issues in the future by reviewing our procedures and pin pointing how it was damaged. You will then need to send the custom art back with the shipping label that is sent to you, in the original packaging, as you received it. A replacement will be issued if the item is returned in the same way it was sent and there has been no further tampering, altering or disturbing, in any way, of the original art you received.
In plain words, the limited edition custom art must not be obviously damaged by the hand of the purchaser or tampered with, in order to gain return favor.

Clothing & Accessories:
We would love nothing more than to be able to offer returns & exchanges for all Le Leanian™ Colections; However, due to the nature of our hand made artisan items, all purchases from any Le Leanian™ Collection are final sale. Each item is custom made, by hand, per order. Please refer to all size charts, fabric content, helpful listing suggestions, measurements of both products and your body size prior to purchase, as all garments and accessories from Le Leanian™ Collections are final sale. In the case your item arrives defective or is damaged somehow, please let us know so that we may work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction and get a replacement item to you. In most cases you will also be permitted to keep the original item in question. Items in question need to be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery.

Refundable terms do not include:

Shipping times: All of our items are hand made, to order, on quality products so it can sometimes take a little time to receive your order. The silver lining to this custom process is receiving an item that is not mass manufactured and unique to your personal style and taste. Shipping times are based on actual transit time and can be longer or shorter based on the time of year, location/country and production. Nov-Dec, for example, may have slight delays in shipping time. It is clearly stated in every listing that items can take up to four weeks to receive. Most items from the Le Leanian™ Collections include free standard shipping and arrive sooner than four weeks (average is 10-15 days) but it can, sometimes, take up to four weeks. Once an item has entered production it can not be cancelled; Similarly, once an item is in the transit system there is nothing further we can do to assist you other than refer you to the tracking number provided to you after purchase. Some countries such as Australia and Spain have some notoriously slow post times. Please keep this in consideration and be patient with us as there is only so much we can do once your order leaves our studio.

Color discrepancies: Color variations or discrepancies between the physical product to that of any electrical monitor/internet display such as cell phone display, laptop display, tablet display etc. do not qualify as a defect.
We do our best to ensure colors are as close as possible to the product colors you will receive; however, each device displays colors differently so it is impossible to universally and accurately represent all colors 100% for every customer.

Size: Ordering the wrong size does not constitute a manufacturing defect or error. Please review the size charts, fabric content, helpful sizing suggestions, and measurements provided in each listing prior to purchase. Sizes are given in inches, centimeters and standard size options for all products. Replacements are only granted when the wrong size is sent, by our mistake, or if the product is otherwise defective.

Fit: We cannot guarantee any item will fit exactly like it fits on the model in the catalog images. Certainly we hope it does, but we cannot guarantee it will fit your specific contours exactly as it may fit another person and why would you want it to? Love the body you're in! Please refer to the size charts, measurements, helpful listing suggestions regarding fit, and fabric content prior to purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
*Book with obvious signs of use
*Any item not in its original condition
*Any item not damaged by manufacturing defect/mishap
*Any item that is in dispute more than 3 days after delivery

Replacements: If for any reason there is a manufacturing defect related to the product you purchase from any Le Leanian™ Collection, please e-mail us and be sure to include all pertinent information and photo(s) at leleanian.collection@gmail. This will enable us to send you a replacement product as soon as possible. If your concerns are related to our fine art prints, please e-mail us at thephotographist.tm@gmail.

Replacements (if applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected (if applicable), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then also notify you of the dispatched replacement.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
It is rare that situations arise where refunds are the only ethical option but in the event this is the case and you have circumstantially been granted a refund and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at thephotographist.tm@gmail and we will gladly help you to figure out why you have not received it yet. If you are granted a refund we most certainly want to make sure you receive it and in a timely manner.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges/Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Much of the time you will be allowed to keep the original item, without returning, while you wait on the arrival of a replacement product; however, this does not apply to any art prints. Each item is hand made, custom, per order and in many cases are limited in their addition. We would love to be able to offer exchanges to any customer that needed or requests this; however, this is just not possible for custom made items.

Every now and then there may always be an exception due to extraordinary circumstances. In the event this circumstance should occur, returns for Le Leanian™ Collections only should be mailed with tracking to the following address:

For Fine Art print returns- We do not offer returns on custom art. We will only send a replacement in the event the art is damaged or defective due to manufacturing.

Please Note: You will be responsible for paying shipping costs in the event a return is granted on all items. Shipping costs are non-refundable and must be sent with tracking. If you receive a refund, the nominal cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We do not offer returns at this time.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for any replacement product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
